We've just completed the rear wall for our first full-size prototype – and it's absolutely breathtaking.

How We Built It (Construction Secrets)

We started by laying a full layer of RoofTX Optima high-performance roofing membrane over the roofing battens and curved plywood structure. Then, working from the bottom up, we hand-laid each cedar shingle in a staggered pattern using traditional techniques. Every piece is precision-laid and fixed to create that classic, textured look while following the exact curve of the pod. The result is a rear wall that feels like it grew straight out of the forest – warm, organic, and built to last.

Next Steps for Site Owners & Buyers
