Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — for camping accessories only.

The Snap Pod glamping pods are still in development and are expected to be available by late 2025 / early 2026. Initially, pods will only be available to customers in the UK.

Where do you ship from?

Our accessories are sourced from trusted suppliers around the world.

Our pods will be built and shipped from within England.

Can I change or cancel Can I change or cancel my order?

For camping accessories:

We aim to process orders quickly, so you’ll need to request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will be processed and changes can’t be made — but you're welcome to return it for a full refund after delivery.

For Snap Pods:

This depends on what stage we’re at in preparing your order. While we’re still finalising the T&Cs for the pods, you’ll have the option to change or cancel your order — even after delivery — depending on the circumstances.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

For camping accessories:

Orders made before 1pm GMT Monday to Saturday are processed on the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day (excluding Sundays).

For Snap Pods:

Processing of the pods will take up to 2 days, but delivery will depend on your selected date and location. We’ll coordinate with you directly to arrange a delivery time that works around your schedule.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For camping accessories:

Shipping takes place the day after your order is processed, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Please allow additional time during holiday or sale periods.

Orders almost always arrive within one week and you will receive full tracking information once your order is despatched.

For Snap Pods:

Delivery timing depends on your location in the UK — it may arrive the same day as dispatch or within a few days. Either way, we’ll keep you fully informed throughout.

What if I don’t receive my order?

For camping accessories:

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’ll be eligible for a full refund.

For Snap Pods:

Pods are shipped via tracked UK courier — there’s virtually no chance of them getting lost. We’ll monitor all deliveries and keep you updated every step of the way.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

For camping accessories:

Our prices are displayed tax-free in GBP. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your order arrives. These charges are not covered by Snap Pod and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

How do I return an item?

Please email Sam at sam@snappod.uk and we’ll guide you through the return process.

What if the item(s) I receive are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an item that’s incorrect, damaged, or missing, contact us right away with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Any related details

We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • For credit or debit cards, your bank should receive the refund within 7–10 business days of us receiving your returned item or cancellation request.
  • If you haven’t seen the refund yet, check with your bank or card provider — sometimes it takes a few extra days to appear on your statement.
