Can I change or cancel my order?

Clothing & Merch - Get in touch quicky and we'll see what we can do. It can take up to 5 days to make your clothing or merch, so if you're quick, we may be able to cancel/change your order before it's in production. Once it has been made, it's not possible to change/cancel your order

Pods - This depends on what stage we’re at in preparing your pod. While we’re still finalising the T&Cs for the pods, you’ll have the option to change or cancel your order — even after delivery — depending on the circumstances.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) as well as PayPal and cash.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Clothing & Merch - 3-5 days to make your item, then:

  • UK delivery - 1-5 days, depending on what postage option you choose.
  • EU delivery - 2-21 days, depending on what postage option you choose.
  • USA delivery - 3-7 days, depending on what postage option you choose.
  • Canada delivery - 5-21 days, depending on what postage option you choose.
  • International delivery - 2-8 days, depending on what postage option you choose.

Pods - Processing your order will be within two days and delivery timing depends on your location in the UK — allow a few weeks for orders of single pods. For larger orders, Sam will be in touch to arrange things. Either way, we’ll keep you fully informed throughout.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Clothing & Merch - Let Sam know if you don't receive your stuff and he'll pull out all the stops to get the items to you.

Pods - the pods will be delivered and installed by Sam, so there’s no chance of them getting lost. Sam wants to install the first load of Pods himself, so he can check for any alterations to the pod designs before allowing customers to install them themselves.

What if the item(s) I receive are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an item that’s incorrect, damaged, or missing, contact us right away with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Any related details

We’ll sort it out straight away.

When will I receive my refund?

Check out out Refund Policy here. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • For credit or debit cards, your bank should receive the refund within 7–10 business days of us receiving your returned item or cancellation request.
  • If you haven’t seen the refund yet, check with your bank or card provider — sometimes it takes a few extra days to appear on your statement.
