How We Built Them (Construction Secrets)

We start with 21mm thick sustainably sourced pine, precision-cut to follow the exact curve of the pod. Each piece is fixed using traditional 15mm hardwood dowels for a clean, strong joint with no visible screws. The entire facia then receives two protective coats of CPEC sealant followed by three generous coats of Sadolin Extra Durable UV protector in Dark Oak. The result is a beautifully finished, highly durable front edge that protects the pod while giving it that warm, inviting woodland character guests can't stop photographing.
