Shipping policy

At Snap Pod, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy sets out the key information you need to know before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00pm GMT/BST Monday to Friday are processed and despatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be processed on the next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays).
2. Delivery Timescales
We offer a range of delivery options at checkout. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 1–5 working days from the date of despatch, depending on the service selected.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, the delivery option selected, and your delivery address. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing full tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Delays and Peak Periods
During busy periods (such as bank holidays, sales events, or the lead-up to Christmas), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We will do our best to keep you informed if there are any significant delays to your order.
6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below. We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will either replace the items or issue a full refund, provided you have allowed a reasonable amount of time for delivery (normally 10 working days from the expected delivery date).
7. Our Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided. Until that point, we remain responsible for the safe delivery of your order.
