Laying the Foundations: Snap Pod Becomes Official
This week marks a major step forward in the Snap Pod journey — Snap Pod Ltd is now officially incorporated as a registered company in the UK!
It’s been a long time in the making, and while the modular pods themselves are still under development, this is the formal moment where it all becomes real.
Going Legit: Snap Pod Ltd Is Born
After months of design work, material research, 3D modelling, and countless sketches of curved beams and matchboard interiors, Snap Pod is no longer just an idea — it’s a company.
Incorporating the business is more than just paperwork. It sets the legal and financial structure that’ll allow us to:
- Trade under the Snap Pod name
- Open business bank accounts
- Take payments via the website
- Work with suppliers and partners under a proper entity
It’s a foundational milestone — and now, the real building begins.
Opening the Bank Vault (Metaphorically)
With Snap Pod Ltd now registered, the next step was setting up a business bank account. For this, we’ve chosen Revolut Business — a modern, flexible banking solution that suits the modular nature of Snap Pod itself.

Building Before We Build
Of course, it’s going to take several months to complete the first Snap Pod prototype — and we’re not ones to sit around waiting.
That’s why we’ve made the decision to launch a curated collection of camping accessories on the Snap Pod website in the meantime. These items will be sent directly from suppliers, allowing us to:
- Generate early income for the business
- Build traffic and brand awareness
- Begin forming a community of outdoor lovers and glamping enthusiasts
We’ll only offer products that align with Snap Pod’s values: clever, compact, and made for the outdoors.
This week, it all started to come together. With the business formed, the bank account underway, and the product roadmap expanding — Snap Pod is taking shape.
